The second Stipendium Hungaricum Farewell Event took place on 16th May 2017 in Budapest. Twenty-eight students from 12 countries participated in the ceremony organized by the International Alumni Team of Tempus Public Foundation. This event was an important milestone of the International Alumni Network of Hungary (IANH), which is aimed at establishing and enhancing an interactive, highly engaged and vibrant alumni community of former full-time and part-time foreign students who have attended or graduated from any higher education institutions in Hungary.
On behalf of Tempus Public Foundation, Mr Márton Bélik. Deputy Head of Study in Hungary Unit welcomed the graduates. Presentation were held about the opportunities provided by International Alumni Network and its volunteers. Furthermore graduates heard tips in developing a career after graduation by the representative of Randstad Hungary. Participants also enjoyed the opportunity to build networks.
In the end of the event, the winners of the Farewell Speech contest, Yakubu Barnabas Nuhu and Gabriela Fuertes Jimenez hold their speeches for the class of 2017.
